Product Conditions

We guarantee that the products are without defects, perfectly functional and complete in boxes, instructions, manuals and guarantee, except in few exceptions which are specified on our web site.

In all products sold, our suppliers check the batteries, in the case you receive a product which for some reason has low battery, we kindly ask you to check the battery state before claiming the right for return.

When we do have special offers of goods which are not in optimal condition, it will be our concern and responsibility to indicate this in the product description.

Returns

Returns for B2B resellers

If you happen to find a defect in our product, you have to contact us within 5 days from receipt of the goods (according to the date of consignment) through an e-mail. After that date, no complaint will be taken into account for any reason.

In order to send a return, it is necessary to have our authorization. As such send us an e-mail on customerservice@watchpile.com.

In order to enhance safety and security our payment gateways are limited to a transaction limit per card per day of 800 euro. If you purchase exceeds this amount kindly contact us.

Cooling–off period

B2C customers enjoy a cooling off period of 14 days from receipt of the good (according to the date of consignment) which must be notified through an email sent to us. The item must be returned in its original package as received. Any return costs must be borne by the customer.

We will only consider it as returned once it arrives in our office and we physical inspect it as being in its original selling condition with all packing materials intact and with label of aurthenticity attached.

Any outward transport costs may not be refunded. It is advisable that products are returned by tracking system and via express couriers such as DHL, UPS and FEDEX and it is highly suggested that you insure the item.
